This is yet ANOTHER club that has gone through CDG's exclusive design process, performed in its ENTIRETY via web-conferencing and through CDG’s exclusive online e-Folder system--WE ACTUALLY NEVER SAW THE BUILDING UNTIL THE DAY IT WAS COMPLETED!  CDG coordinated the design and construction exclusively through the client, the general contractor and numerous subcontractors and vendors. As part of CDG's service, many bids were solicited and reviewed directly with manufacturers so our client could benefit from the general contractor's mark-up.
